Brokerage Partners are vested participants, as well as licensed by the state to negotiate sales agreements and manage the documentation required for closing real estate transactions. In North America, some Brokerage Partners are members of the National Association of Realtors, the largest trade association for the industry. NAR members are obligated by a code of ethics. In addition, we can be members of Local and statewide boards, such as, NTCAR (North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors) and Real Estate professionals.
